Keep your muscles healthy for lifelong benefits: that’s the message coming out of the Swiss-inspired Kieser Training centre in Mornington Crescent.
Using their ‘preventative strength training’ for just half an hour once or twice a week is enough for the average person to feel the benefits according to Managing Director, Marcel Haasters.
“Frequently people say they like the uncommon atmosphere – and specifically women. We want to get away from the idea that this is a gym, because it’s so much more”, he says.
