Why do muscles affect our satisfaction level?
Previously, it was thought that muscles just acted like a motor. However, we now know that the condition of our muscles plays an important role in our physical and mental wellbeing. A trained body support itself more easily, it burns more fat and our metabolism is improved. As a result, we are more active, healthier and generally more satisfied. Training improves self-confidence. We feel more at ease with ourselves, which in turn makes life easier.
