Test yourself - and us
During your first personal session, we will clarify your situation together with you. We will discuss your goals for the training in order to take your needs and wishes or your physical interests into account when developing your individual training programme. You will perform your first few exercises and we will provide insights into the theoretical fundamentals of training.
If you suffer from a serious physical condition, we recommend that you consult with your doctor first or that you have our specialist conduct a back test.
